Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after purchase.

  • An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is in transit to your address.

  • During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times depend on your location and begin once your order has been dispatched.

📦 United States & Canada: 7–10 business days
📦 United Kingdom & Europe: 10–12 business days
📦 Australia & New Zealand: 10–12 business days
📦 Rest of the World: 12–20 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays or due to customs delays.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are complete and accurate.

  • If our system detects an address issue, we’ll email you within 3 business days to verify your details. If no response is received, your order may be canceled.

  • If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us at minimalistyour@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee adjustments after this timeframe.


Delayed Delivery

We know timely delivery is important. While we work hard to ship quickly, some delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including:

  • Courier or customs delays

  • Severe weather or transit disruptions

  • Product availability or address verification issues

If a delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with the courier to ensure your package arrives promptly. Please note that Minimalist cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the courier, it is no longer under our control.

  • If your package is lost or stolen, please email us at minimalistyour@gmail.com for assistance.

  • We also recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim, as most carriers provide claim support for missing packages.

While Minimalist strives to provide a seamless shipping experience, we are not liable for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they are with the courier. However, we will always do our best to assist you and keep you updated throughout the process.
