Cancellation Policy

Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, your order may already be in processing and cannot be modified or canceled.

  • If canceled within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We carefully package all items to avoid damage in transit.

  • A product is considered damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken.

  • Minor cosmetic issues with packaging (like dented boxes) are not considered damage if the product itself is in good condition.

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery at Minimalistyour@gmail.com.

  • Include clear photos of the damage.

  • Eligible items will be replaced at no cost to you.

Please note: We do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship your order quickly, but delivery times may vary. Minimalist cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are with the courier.

For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If you notify us within 24 hours, we may be able to update the address.

  • If not, we cannot guarantee a resend or refund.
