Cancellation Policy


To modify or cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, changes may not be feasible as your order will have already been processed. For cancellations made within the 24-hour window, we will issue your refund within seven business days.

We encourage you to use our products for a minimum of 14 days to allow for noticeable results. If you are still not satisfied, you are welcome to return the product within the 60 days from your purchase date as part of our money-back guarantee. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We ensure all items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. If you receive a damaged product, please report it within 72 hours of delivery by emailing minimalistryours@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess and respond with the eligibility for a replacement. Please note, we do not provide replacements or refunds for products damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, or minor packaging imperfections that do not affect the product’s integrity.

Shipping and Delivery


While we aim to deliver promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors including but not limited to courier issues, customs, or shipping mishaps. If you encounter delivery issues, we recommend contacting the courier directly. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or undeliverably delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address


It is crucial to ensure the accuracy of your shipping address at checkout. If the address provided is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours of order placement, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
